Please read all of the following terms carefully before you start using this platform. All provisions relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and security are clearly set out here.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gx999 platform and all associated services. By registering on gx999, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. General Provisions

Account Registration
To create an account on gx999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- The name, address, and contact details provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
- Only one account may be created per email address or mobile number.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Any unauthorised use of the account or security-related issues must be reported to us immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification
gx999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If verification is required, you may be asked to submit a national identity card or equivalent document. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
Use a strong password to access your account and change it regularly. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.
Age & Eligibility
The gx999 platform is for adults only. Access to and use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to use gx999. For 21+ only.
3.1 Prohibited Persons
- Anyone under the age of 21.
- Any person whose account has previously been closed or suspended.
- Those who have registered themselves under a self-exclusion process.
- gx999 employees and their immediate family members.
Providing false information about age or identity is a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of the account, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
gx999 processes transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. We are always committed to ensuring safe and fast payments.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at gx999: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) No payment methods other than these three are currently supported.
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
- If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
Good to know: Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met. See the bonus section for details.
4.4 Transaction Security
gx999 keeps all financial transactions secured through SSL encryption. If any suspicious transaction is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
gx999 offers bonuses for its players. All bonuses are provided under specific conditions, and failure to follow these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
- The bonus is applicable only once on the first deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting of 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by gx999.
- Bonuses or winnings earned from bonuses cannot be transferred.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
- gx999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In the event of a breach of promotional offer terms, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
Gaming Rules
gx999 ensures that all games on the platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.1 Game Participation
- There must be sufficient balance in the account to participate in any game.
- If the result of any game is affected by a technical error, that round will be considered void.
- If the internet connection is lost, the game progress will be saved and can be recovered upon reconnection.
6.2 Live Casino
Live casino games are available from various world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Respectful behaviour must be maintained towards dealers and other players in live games. Using abusive or threatening language will result in action being taken on the account.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Visit our cricket page for details on the types of markets available. In the event of any dispute regarding match results or statistics, gx999's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
To ensure the smooth operation of the gx999 platform and to protect the interests of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
- Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to hack any part of the platform or breach its security.
- Deceiving or harming another user through fraudulent means or false information.
- Following calculated betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Abusing payment methods to conduct card chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.
If any of the above activities are engaged in, gx999 may close the account and forfeit all balances without notice.
Account Suspension
8.1 Suspension by gx999
gx999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- If there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
- If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- In order to comply with a legal directive or court order.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw all withdrawable balance before closing the account. Requests to close an account for responsible gaming reasons are processed with the highest priority.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The user will be notified by email in advance about this.

9.1 Data Collection & Use

gx999 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues, server maintenance, or faults in third-party services. Bets affected in such circumstances will be reviewed and a reasonable resolution will be provided.
11.2 Gaming Losses
gx999 bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from losing in games. Each game operates according to its own rules and odds.
11.3 Indirect Losses
gx999 is not liable for missed opportunities, loss of income, or indirect losses. In the maximum case, liability is limited only to the value of the relevant transaction.
Changes to Terms
gx999 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. In the event of changes:
- Updated terms will be published on the website.
- For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email.
- Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If you do not agree to the new terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
