Responsible Gaming — Your safety at gx999 is our priority
gx999 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. Follow our responsible gaming guidelines and stay protected.
21+ gx999 is for players aged 21 and above only. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
Why responsible gaming matters
At gx999, we believe online gaming is a form of entertainment that can be enjoyable when approached with the right habits. At the same time, we acknowledge that for some players, gaming can develop into an addiction. This can have a negative impact on personal life, family relationships, and financial stability.
Our platform operates with SSL encryption and a fair play policy. At gx999, safety means more than just data protection — it also covers players' mental and financial wellbeing. That is why we provide a set of responsible gaming tools and guidelines to help you play in a mindful and controlled way.
Remember — gaming should never be used as a source of income. Only wager money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Set a specific budget and stick to it.
Our features for safe gaming
gx999 gives you a range of practical tools to manage your own gaming experience.
Set deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically block further transactions, protecting you from overspending.
Self-exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can take a break from your gx999 account for a set period. Your account will be temporarily suspended during this time.
Time-out feature
Take a break for a set period — from a few hours to several weeks. While a time-out is active, you will not be able to log in, making it easier to step back from excessive gaming.
Gaming history tracking
View your complete gaming and transaction history. This helps you stay aware of your own habits and make changes when needed.
24/7 support team
gx999's support team is available every day of the week, around the clock. If you have any concerns about gaming, reach out via live chat or email — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Age verification system
gx999 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account or playing games. Completing the age verification process at registration is mandatory.
Set your own gaming limits
The key to mindful gaming is knowing your limits and respecting them. gx999 gives you the following control features.
Daily deposit limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day. Once this limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted for the rest of that day.
Weekly deposit limit
Cap the total amount you can deposit over seven days. This helps you stay within your weekly budget.
Monthly deposit limit
Plan how much you want to spend on gaming in a month and set your monthly limit accordingly.
Break & self-exclusion
Pause gaming entirely when needed — through a short-term time-out or a longer-term self-exclusion.
Rules for changing limits
Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or lifting a self-exclusion is subject to a waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Recognise the early signs of addiction
Gaming addiction does not appear suddenly — it builds gradually. If you notice the following signs, it is time to take caution.
Repeatedly placing larger bets to try to recover losses
Being unable to stop gaming or feeling restless when trying to do so
Hiding the amount of time or money spent on gaming from family or friends
Gaming causing problems at home or at work
Using money set aside for daily expenses on gaming
Feeling depressed or irritable when not gaming
Rules for responsible gaming
Following these simple principles will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
Play for entertainment only — not to make money
Set a budget in advance and never exceed it
Keep gaming within a set time each day
Do not play when you are tired, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol
Do not place further bets in an attempt to win back money you have lost
Always prioritise spending time with family and friends
Keep children and teenagers safe
